From page feedback to a scoped change

Review your SaaS landing page. Choose one change you can check.

Bring the page you already have, the customer it serves, and the action you want them to take. Separate visible issues from assumptions, prepare a specific revision, and decide what evidence you need after it ships.

Qualification boundary

Give the review a customer and a purpose.

A page can look polished and still leave the wrong person unsure what to do. Write down who should act and why before changing the headline or layout.

Use this workflow when
  • You have a current page, screenshot or source that can be inspected.
  • You can name one intended reader, their job and the next action.
  • You want a short list of evidenced issues and one bounded revision.
  • You can review the change and later test understanding with relevant people.
Do not count this as proof
  • You need a conversion forecast, guaranteed signup increase or an A/B winner without a real experiment.
  • You want an AI review presented as interviews with actual customers.
  • You need a security, compliance or production-readiness certification.
  • You expect an autonomous browser audit, automatic repair/retest or changes without approval.

Smallest complete workflow

Move from a visible issue to one checked revision.

Use the worksheet yourself or bring the page context into Soloop. Discuss the findings first, then review a separately scoped Build task if you want an implementation.

  1. 01

Freeze the page and intended reader

Save the current URL, dated screenshot or commit. Name the reader, their current workaround and the one action the page should support. Do not combine several audiences in one review.

  2. 02

Inspect promise, proof and next action

Can you locate a concrete job and audience in the opening copy? Is each important claim supported by relevant evidence? Is the CTA's destination consistent with what its label promises? Mark judgments about reader reactions as hypotheses.

  3. 03

Write findings that point to the page

For each issue, quote the relevant copy or identify the element and state what you observed. Keep an absent explanation, an unclear phrase and a broken link separate; they need different checks.

  4. 04

Choose one change and its checks

Prioritize the issue closest to the intended action. Specify exactly what should change, which evidence must remain, what is outside scope, and how you will inspect the result on desktop and mobile.

  5. 05

    Review an implementation task

If you want Soloop to change the page, supply the supported repo or project context and review the ordinary Build task. Confirm the file/page scope and acceptance checks before approval. A screenshot alone does not grant access to edit a website.

  6. 06

Check the change, then test the hypothesis

Inspect the returned change against its acceptance checks. Separately ask relevant people what they understand and observe the action they take. Record what remains unclear. A passing code check is not evidence of higher conversion.

Example approval card — make one page promise specific

This is an illustrative task card, not a claimed customer result or completed experiment.

Objective
Help agency account managers understand a client-handoff product's existing job without adding an unsupported outcome claim.
Action
Revise the hero headline and explanatory sentence in the supplied page source. Preserve the layout and CTA destination. Return the change and the acceptance-check results for review.
Target
One founder-owned landing page and its supplied repository. No pricing, signup flow, other pages or external accounts.
Acceptance
The copy names the audience and existing handoff job; it adds no customer numbers or performance claim; the CTA destination is unchanged; the text fits at 390px and 1440px without page overflow.
Stop condition
Stop if the stated product behavior cannot be confirmed from supplied context, the repo is unavailable, or the change needs a broader scope. Deployment is excluded from this example.

Copyable finding-to-change worksheet

Keep the evidence beside the proposed fix.

Illustrative example: a fictional client-handoff product already lets agency teams assign owners and track delivery. The before and after below are proposed copy, not a customer case study or a Soloop execution result.

Customer and job
Agency account managers coordinating delivery of client work. Intended next action: inspect the product demo.
Before
Headline: Work smarter, together. Supporting text: The all-in-one workspace for modern teams.
Visible evidence
Neither sentence identifies client handoffs, account managers or who owns the next step. Whether readers misunderstand it is still unknown.
Proposed after
Headline: Keep every client handoff moving. Supporting text: Assign the next owner and track delivery in one place, built for agency account managers.
Acceptance checks
Confirm the product actually supports those actions. Inspect the diff, desktop and mobile wrapping, and unchanged demo link. Do not add a speed or revenue claim.
Next evidence
Show the page to people in the intended role and ask what it does, whom it serves and what happens next. Record the raw responses before deciding whether to keep the copy.

Decision scorecard

Keep a checked change separate from a customer result.

Each signal answers a different question. Progress at one stage does not establish the next.

01

Finding

A reviewer can locate the issue in the supplied page and distinguish it from an opinion.

02

Checked change

The agreed revision is present and the stated acceptance checks pass.

03

Comprehension

Relevant people can explain the job, audience and next step in their own words.

04

Action

Actual visitors attempt the intended next step; explain the observation window and traffic source.

05

First value

Qualified users complete the product job after entering. A signup by itself is not first value.

06

Decision

Keep, revise or revert based on the evidence you have, with uncertainty recorded.

Research proof format

Why this workflow stays narrow

Sources checked September 24, 2026. Practitioner requests establish examples of the problem; vendor descriptions establish available offer types. Neither proves demand volume or Soloop's results.

01

A SaaS founder requested copy and design feedback after rebuilding an existing site, including its subpages.

Start with a real artifact and the question its owner needs answered. One request is qualitative evidence, not a measure of market demand.

02

Specialist SaaS audit products offer page-specific findings and proposed copy changes.

A generic checklist is insufficient. Keep the original evidence, exact proposed change and acceptance checks together. Vendor performance claims are not adopted here.

03

Soloop documents approved Build work from a project, GitHub repo or ZIP, with sandboxed execution.

Scope an ordinary approved change with the required project access. This page does not establish a dedicated audit service or a completed product demonstration.

Current product boundary

Plan with what actually runs today.

This is a scoped review-and-change workflow using supplied page context and ordinary approved Build work. It is not a one-click audit service. The example is illustrative; no end-to-end Soloop landing-page audit or conversion improvement is demonstrated here.

Page context

Required

Provide the current page, intended customer and desired next action. Supply screenshots or source when the page cannot be inspected.

Build

Live after approval

A supported project or repository and an approved coding task are needed for implementation. Review the exact scope and checks.

Customer testing

Founder-run

Recruit and speak with relevant people yourself. An AI critique is not a real participant response.

Conversion lift

Not established

A review does not measure traffic, run an A/B experiment or establish a causal increase in signups.

Browser testing

Outside this workflow

This page does not offer automated signup or payment testing, or an automatic repair-and-retest service.

Deployment

Separate scope

A reviewed change is not a deployed page. Keep release approval and post-release verification explicit.

FAQ

Questions before the next move.

What does a SaaS landing page audit check?

Start with the audience and job, clarity of the promise, evidence supporting it, and the CTA's expected destination. Record findings against specific page elements, then define one change and the checks needed to accept it.

Can I do this before I have much traffic?

Yes. You can inspect copy, links and layout and ask relevant people what they understand. Without appropriate traffic and measurement, do not call the result a conversion experiment or claim a lift.

Does Soloop automatically audit and fix my live website?

No. Bring your page context for discussion and review a separately scoped Build task if implementation is appropriate. Repo access, approvals and the specific task determine what can run. This workflow does not provide automatic browser testing or repair/retest.

How is this different from messaging testing?

A page review inspects the artifact and prepares changes. Messaging testing observes what real people understand. Use the linked messaging guide for the latter; neither activity on its own proves willingness to pay.

Bring the product you already have

Bring your page and one question.

Copy this brief, replace the brackets, and paste it on Soloop's homepage after selecting Start with a project. The link does not transfer the brief or start an audit automatically. Review any proposed Build task before it runs.

My page is [URL or screenshot], for [specific customer] trying to [job]. The next action should be [action and destination]. Help me review the promise, supporting evidence and CTA. Separate visible issues from assumptions about users. Propose one change with exact acceptance checks. If implementation is appropriate, my repo is [repo]; prepare the Build scope for my review before editing. Do not deploy or claim conversion lift from the review.
